Won a Class 4 chase at Market Rasen on 8 October over two miles and five and a half furlongs, showing his effectiveness on good ground. He runs from 118, 2lb above that winning mark, and remains in Class 4 company. Today's two and a half miles is a furlong and a half shorter, so he needs to reproduce that form over a reduced trip. Kim Bailey and Mat Nicholls have sent out three winners from 15 runners in the past fortnight, adding encouragement as he seeks to follow up.

Finished eighth over two and a half miles at Worcester in September, beaten 68 and a quarter lengths, leaving him with plenty to prove. He drops from Class 2 to Class 4, but was also well beaten in this grade at Worcester in August, by 61 and a quarter lengths. A mark of 117 is 6lb below the rating for his Market Rasen chase win in September 2025, offering some scope if he revives. Sean Bowen's 13 winners from 48 rides in the past fortnight are encouraging, although the horse's recent form demands a major turnaround.

His Southwell chase win in April came in this grade over two miles and four and a half furlongs on good ground. A mark of 111 leaves him just 2lb above that success, giving him a fair chance on his spring form. He has struggled since, though, finishing fourth at Uttoxeter in July, beaten 20 and a half lengths, after a heavy Worcester defeat. The 111-day absence adds a further question on his return to action, with his spring success now some way behind him.

Won over fences at Newton Abbot on 17 October, taking a Class 5 contest over two miles and half a furlong on good ground. He now faces Class 4 opposition from 108, a 5lb rise which requires more than he produced from his winning mark of 103. The extra three and a half furlongs takes him to two and a half miles, making stamina a more significant part of the task. Harry Skelton's 17 winners from 45 rides in the past fortnight provide a strong positive as the gelding tackles those increased demands.
