His sixth in a Class 4 hurdle at Fontwell on 3 October, beaten 57 lengths, leaves him needing a substantial improvement to get involved here. Jaycee Reidy finished 22 lengths ahead of him there, giving him a sizeable deficit to make up with that rival. A Class 6 Flat win at Southwell in January over a mile and three furlongs shows some ability, though he has to translate it to hurdles. He now drops a furlong and a half to two miles, with good to soft replacing the good ground at Fontwell.

Third in a Class 4 hurdle at Uttoxeter on 4 October, beaten 11 and three quarters of a length, gives him something to build on. He remains at two miles, with today's good to soft replacing the good ground he encountered on that occasion. His May Flat win at Catterick over a mile and four furlongs demonstrates ability that could serve him well over hurdles. His subsequent Flat efforts were less convincing, notably when beaten 43 and a quarter lengths at Epsom in July, so the Uttoxeter placing was welcome.

Dan Skelton's 23 winners from 77 runners at Lingfield make his representative worthy of attention in this two-mile novice hurdle. The yard has also been among the winners during the past fortnight, adding another positive for the four-year-old gelding. His sire Moises Has has produced hurdle winners on heavy and very soft ground, giving qualified pedigree encouragement as he tackles good to soft here.

Won a Class 6 Flat race over a mile and two furlongs on Lingfield's all-weather in September, bringing recent winning form to this hurdle contest. His seventh at Kempton on 23 September was better than the position suggests, beaten three and a quarter lengths over a mile and three furlongs. Today's two miles is five furlongs further, and he needs to carry that Flat ability into this different discipline. Churchill has sired hurdle winners on good to soft, offering some pedigree encouragement for the task.

Beaten 35 lengths when fifth in a Class 4 hurdle at Fontwell on 3 October, he needs a substantial step forward to trouble the principals here. He drops a furlong and a half to two miles, while today's good to soft ground offers a different test from the good going at Fontwell. The Chris and Freddie Gordon partnership has produced four winners from 19 runners at Lingfield, giving his connections a sound course record.

His fifth in a two-mile Worcester bumper on 7 October, beaten 26 and three quarters of a length, leaves him needing considerably more in this novice hurdle. The trip remains two miles, while his sire Nirvana Du Berlais has produced hurdle winners on today's good to soft, giving some encouragement for the task. Charlie Hammond's two winners from 14 rides in the past fortnight offer a further positive from the saddle.

Finished 69 lengths behind the winner in a Plumpton hurdle on 16 March, leaving him with plenty to prove on his return. He is back from 232 days off and drops four and a half furlongs to two miles, the trip at which he was fifth here in November 2025. That Lingfield run came on today's good to soft, but he was beaten 17 and a quarter lengths, so familiar conditions offer limited reassurance. His October 2025 third at Stratford, beaten 11 and a half lengths in a Class 3 hurdle, was more encouraging.

Second in a two-mile Class 4 hurdle at Plumpton on 20 September, although the 17-length deficit means the placing needs treating with caution. His June Flat win at Ripon over a mile and four furlongs on good ground shows he has ability to bring to hurdling. That ability deserted him at Windsor in August, however, when he finished seventh and was beaten 42 lengths. Jamie and Josh Moore have had two winners from 13 runners in the past fortnight, providing some encouragement from the stable.

Fourth in a Plumpton bumper over two miles and two furlongs on 16 March, beaten 14 lengths, was a fair effort without threatening the winner. His second at the same course in December 2025, a length behind the winner on soft ground, showed more promise. He returns after 232 days for this two-mile hurdle, two furlongs shorter than his latest bumper, with good to soft again underfoot. Tom Cannon has ridden 16 winners at Lingfield, bringing plenty of experience of the course to the partnership.

Won a Fontwell bumper over two miles and a furlong and a half on soft ground in March, giving him a useful starting point for hurdles. The much stronger Aintree bumper in April proved beyond him, however, as he finished sixteenth, beaten seventy-nine and a half lengths on good to soft. He returns after 206 days off for this two-mile novice hurdle, with a change of discipline and a slightly shorter trip to negotiate. His sibling I've Madeupmymind has won over hurdles, offering some encouragement for the switch.
