His October 2025 hurdle success at Ffos Las over three miles came from 104, so today's mark of 99 gives him some scope on old form. That promise is tempered by a fifth at Ludlow on 30 March, beaten 19 lengths over two miles and five furlongs. He was also beaten 16 lengths in sixth over this course and distance on 18 March, leaving plenty to put right. That followed a pulled-up effort at Southwell in May, so his recent hurdle form gives little encouragement.
