His Class 4 win over a mile on good ground at Newmarket in May came from today's mark of 87, giving him an obvious handicapping claim. Although eighth at Newbury on 19 September, he was beaten just two and a half lengths over seven furlongs in Class 3 company. The return to a mile and drop in grade bring him back to the sort of test he handled successfully in that May win. Ed Dunlop's three winners from 15 runners in the past fortnight offer further encouragement.

Finished sixth at Chester in September, beaten five and a half lengths over a mile and two and a half furlongs on soft ground. He drops from Class 3 to Class 4 and comes back two and a half furlongs in trip, making this a different test. His April win at Gowran Park came over a mile and one and a half furlongs on soft, whereas today's going is good. He was well beaten over a mile at the Curragh in March, although that defeat came on heavy ground.

His seven-furlong win at Brighton in August came in this grade on good to firm ground, although today's mark of 83 asks 3lb more. He finished seventh over a mile and half a furlong at Wolverhampton on 7 September, beaten four and a half lengths, without matching that success. The return to Bath offers encouragement, with a course-and-distance win on firm ground in June 2025 showing he can be effective here over a mile. Saffie Osborne has ridden eight winners from 37 mounts in the past fortnight and comes here in good form.

His fourth in Class 3 company at Hamilton on 28 September, beaten four lengths on soft ground, was a respectable effort ahead of this easier assignment. He races from 82, which is 3lb below his winning mark over a mile at Carlisle in June 2025, giving him a reasonable handicapping claim. His close second over a mile at Thirsk in May offers encouragement for the return from Hamilton's soft ground to today's good going. Tom Marquand arrives with eight winners from 55 rides in the past fortnight, another positive.

Summer seconds at Goodwood and Chepstow offer encouragement, although his September efforts at Kempton and Epsom fell short of that level. He finished seventh at Epsom, beaten nine lengths over a mile and half a furlong on good ground, so today's slightly shorter trip needs a better performance. A mark of 82 is 3lb below his Salisbury winning rating from October 2025, though that success came over six furlongs. Jack Callan arrives with five winners from 30 rides in the past fortnight, a positive for a horse needing to rediscover his summer form.

Her close third at Goodwood in July reads well for this assignment, coming over a mile on good ground in a Class 3. She was beaten three quarters of a length there, showing she can be competitive under today's trip and going conditions. Subsequent Class 2 efforts at York and Ascot were less persuasive, but this return to Class 4 gives her an easier assignment from 81. Ed Walker has had four winners from 43 runners during the past fortnight, offering some encouragement from the stable's recent results.

Went very close in a Class 4 over seven furlongs at Kempton in August from today's mark of 77, giving him a credible starting point. His September efforts were less encouraging, however, with a Sandown sixth followed by thirteenth at Kempton, beaten eleven and three quarter lengths over a mile. He is now 2lb above the mark from which he won over a mile at Kempton in April, so his rating looks workable. Finley Marsh brings plenty of Bath experience, including 36 course winners.

His third over a mile at Southwell on 22 September, beaten three and three quarter lengths, was a respectable effort in this grade. Now rated 77, he is 8lb below the mark from which he won there in January, giving him some appeal on handicapping grounds. His June second at Goodwood shows he can be competitive over a mile on turf, although that came on soft rather than today's good ground. Richard Hannon and Sean Levey have combined for 11 Bath winners, adding useful course experience.

His fourth over seven furlongs at Ascot on 2 October was a respectable effort in this grade, although he finished four and three quarter lengths behind. He returns to a course and distance where he won in May 2024 and finished second on firm ground in April 2026. A fourth over a mile on good ground at Newmarket in September offers encouragement for both today's going and the step back up a furlong. His mark of 71 is also 1lb below the rating from which he won at Chelmsford in February.
